  • Visited website
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source / reference from which you came to the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • Used IP address

The data collected are only used for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to retrospectively check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored and stored on a computer system via an internet browser. By using cookies, we can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

A cookie can be used to optimize the information and offers on our website for the benefit of the user. As already mentioned, cookies enable us to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. The user of a website that uses cookies, for example, does not have to re-enter their access data every time they visit the website, because this is done by the website and the cookie stored on the user’s computer system.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting in the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. In addition, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the person concerned deactivates the setting of cookies in the internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

Collection of general data and information

Our website collects a series of general data and information each time the website is accessed by a data subject or an automated system.

These general data and information are stored in the server’s log files. The

  • browser types and versions used,
  • the operating system used by the accessing system,
  • the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrer),
  • the sub-web pages that are accessed via an accessing system on our website,
  • the date and time of access to the website,
  • an internet protocol address (IP address),
  • the internet service provider of the accessing system and
  • other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using these general data and information, we do not draw any conclusions about the person concerned. Rather, this information is needed to

  • deliver the content of our website correctly,
  • to optimize the content of our website and the advertising for it,
  • to ensure the long-term functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website and
  • to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for law enforcement in the event of a cyber attack.

This anonymously collected data and information is therefore statistically evaluated by us on the one hand, and also with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data in the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

The storage of the IP address is necessary to protect against hacking attacks, as our website is monitored by a security system that detects repeated frequent access (so-called DOS attacks) or attempted break-ins and uses the IP address to block access and so on protects the operation of the site.

Contact option via the website

Our website contains information that enables quick electronic contact to our company and direct communication with us, which also includes a general address for so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the person responsible for processing by email or a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject are automatically saved. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the person responsible for processing are stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. This personal data is not passed on to third parties.

Google Analytics

This website uses the “Google Analytics” service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. As part of the contract data agreement, which the website operator has concluded with Google Inc., Google Inc. uses the information collected to compile an evaluation of website usage and website activity and provides services relating to internet usage.

You have the option of preventing the storage of cookies on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. There is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.

You can also use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc. The following link leads you to the corresponding plugin: https: // tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Alternatively, you can click on this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you on this website. By clicking on the link above you download an “opt-out cookie”. Your browser must therefore generally allow the storage of cookies. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click on the link every time you visit this website.

Rights of the user: information, correction and deletion

Upon request, you as a user will receive free information about which personal data has been stored about you. If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data blocked or deleted.

Companies involved in the processing

The data for the use of our website are collected on the hosting server of the company All-Inkl with server location in Germany. By using Google Analytics, anonymized data is sent to Google as described above.

All personal data processed in our company are located in our company network at the company location in Pullach and additionally on a backup server at All-Inkl plus they get mirrored and copied to a Synology data center near Frankfurt for backup purposes.

Through this processing and the companies involved, we ensure that no personal data leaves the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. Doing so, we are not affected by the termination of the so called Privacy Shields. Only anonymized – and thus no longer personal – data is sent to Google to evaluate website usage and may be processed by Google at the company’s location in the USA.

Duration for which the personal data is stored

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the deadline, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation.
